Images from walks in North Wales
Bryn Alyn
Boasting the second largest limestone pavement in Wales, Bryn Alyn is an understated gem of a spot in the Clwydian Range.
It’s only a small area, but there are three tops to climb, all with great views, including of the Big Covert at Maeshafn, out to nearby Nercwys Forest and across to Moel Famau.
Sheep are usually around, so dogs are best kept on leads.
